My name is Dick and being a car guy and general automotive enthusiast for all of my life led me to the point where in 2022, I realized a gap in services not available to the average home mechanic/project enthusiast. Given any time we find a new project and rabbit hole to go down, there inevitably comes a point where we wish we could take our old pile of parts/cores and preserve and restore them to their original luster vs trying to gamble on an aftermarket part to fit as intended, or want to start final reassembly with a fresh looking nearly as new canvas. Same goes for small business owners who normally have the least support out there when they need something done right and not overpriced.

I'm enamored with the science behind, and the results of, dry ice blasting can't think of a better more satisfying service to provide to my local enthusiast and small business community. This sort of service and restoration method I not only wanted to have access to for myself, but wished was readily available to the average car enthusiast and independently owned business on a budget.

So I decided to start Affordable Dry Ice Blasting to be able to service anyone from being on a strict budget with overhead and employees to think about, to being able to splurge on that important step during a dream restoration project.
